Dev buy & launch

Buy your own coin at launch with SOL; 0 means no dev buy. Your SOL is swapped to HYPE through a Jupiter route with a 1% minimum output, then the coin is bought with that HYPE on its new curve with a 1% cap. Your wallet approves the launch, the swap and the buy together, once. If the swap would fail it is skipped and no SOL is swapped; if only the buy would fail, the swapped HYPE stays in your wallet.
